Ramey-Estep Homes offers opportunities for youth to become productive, responsible adults.

Ramey-Estep is a private, not-for-profit organization located in rural Boyd County Kentucky on a 216 acre campus consisting of living quarters, a school, and administrative offices. Ramey-Estep serves young men and women from Kentucky and West Virginia in a variety of programs. Our youth arrive with a variety of problems including emotional, behavioral, and lack of support. Our programs include residential treatment, treatment foster care, education, substance abuse treatment, therapy and in-home services.

Ramey-Estep is located in Rush, KY just outside of Ashland, KY. We are 6 miles from Interstate 64 and less than 25 miles from downtown Huntington, WV. Ramey-Estep is approximately 110 miles east of Lexington, KY and 75 miles west of Charelston, WV. Residing in the county that sees the Tri-State meet we are in a prime location to serve the youth of Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio.
